QUERY LETTER CRITIQUE
Whether you are about to query literary agents or plan to query publishers that accept manuscripts without agent representation, you want to craft the strongest fiction or nonfiction query letter possible. Depending on the literary
agent or editor, dozens of query letters can be received each week. Some editors and agents I know receive
more than 50 per week!
What does this mean for you? Given the numbers of queries sent each week to publishing professionals, only a short amount of time can be allocated to each one. This means you will want to send a powerful, concise, and attention-grabbing query that will get your story noticed right away.
Who needs this service? A query letter critique is ideal for anyone about to begin initial submissions to agents or editors. This service is also ideal for anyone who has been querying but has not received responses, has been given feedback that the query needs work, or has received numerous rejections.
Ultimately, this service is ideal for any writer who wants to sell their book - fiction or nonfiction - and wants to ensure the strongest query letter possible will be sent to editors.

Completed your fiction manuscript? Finished your nonfiction proposal and sample chapters? It is time to begin writing your query letter. If you've never written a query letter and are unsure of where to start, this 60 minute phone or Zoom session is for you. This session is geared toward people who do not have a query letter or have a rough draft or outline of a query letter.
